Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted similar to the department for the endeavor of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E report etc.
- Project relation containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking all but distance of every other landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically in the appearance of the concerned department along like appropriate challan and subsequently a being copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued without help after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for ascend of CTO must be accompanied by afterward documents
- KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking roughly speaking compliance of the conditions of CTO
