6. Undertaking on distance of interchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued abandoned after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by afterward documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking all but compliance of the conditions of CTO
