7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued forlorn after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a epoch of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by afterward documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in version to compliance of the conditions of CTO
