5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking approximately distance of interchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically past the concerned department along in the same way as appropriate challan and after that a instinctive copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking regarding compliance of the conditions of CTO
