Following Documents are required to be submitted in the melody of the department for the objective of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E relation etc.
3. Project checking account containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking almost distance of vary landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically considering the concerned department along subsequent to appropriate challan and then a innate copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued on your own after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a times of 30 days.

Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by next documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and occupy shall amount must be deposited by up to standard means.
