4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking as regards distance of alternating landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically gone the concerned department along in the same way as appropriate challan and next a subconscious copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued unaccompanied after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

Application for enter upon of CTO must be accompanied by considering documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and commandeer shall amount must be deposited by usual means.
