5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking on distance of alternating landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically as soon as the concerned department along in imitation of appropriate challan and later a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued abandoned after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for agree of CTO must be accompanied by like documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking vis-а-vis compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and capture shall amount must be deposited by agreeable means.
