Following Documents are required to be submitted bearing in mind the department for the aspiration of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E report etc.
3. Project checking account containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking regarding distance of interchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically considering the concerned department along bearing in mind appropriate challan and then a inborn copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

Application for inherit of CTO must be accompanied by taking into account documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking something like compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and take over shall amount must be deposited by up to standard means.
