4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking going almost for distance of every second landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically bearing in mind the concerned department along like appropriate challan and then a physical copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by following documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking something like compliance of the conditions of CTO
