- A project whose exploit certificate was issued since the onset of RERA.
TYPES OF REGISTRATION UNDER RERA
- Project Registration
Every builder/developer must previously making any public flyer and receiving any money shall get its project registered subsequent to RERA. TIME REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING REGISTRATION
